Weather Experience: The experience is greatly enhanced on a clear day, but a windy or foggy day provides a dramatic and authentic atmosphere.

Rules & Safety

  • No swimming at Diaz Beach — strong rip currents, no lifeguards on duty.
  • Do not feed wildlife (e.g., baboons).
  • Speed limit inside the reserve: 60 km/h.
  • Entrance is cash‑free — only debit/credit payment accepted at gates.
  • Keep ID or valid passport handy for local discounted rates.

Reservation Policies

Booking & Confirmation:

  • Tickets can be purchased online or at the gate; online booking is recommended to avoid delays.
  • Booking is confirmed via email once payment is processed.
  • Day Pass is valid only for the date booked.
  • Tickets remain valid for up to 6 days after the original booking in case of changes.

Entry & Identification:

  • Show QR code or printed ticket on arrival.
  • SA guests must present valid ID for local discounts.
  • One entry per ticket; exiting and re‑entering is not allowed.

Payment & Extras:

  • Payment must be made by card; cash is not accepted.
  • Funicular rides are not included in the gate ticket and must be purchased separately.
