  • You do not need a partner to kayak with us — solo and tandem kayaks are available.
  • Water temperature varies from 10°C to 16°C depending on the season.
  • If you are prone to motion sickness, consider taking motion sickness tablets before your trip.
  • Arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in and safety briefing.
  • Trips are weather-dependent and may be rescheduled for safety reasons.
  • Complimentary storage is available for small personal belongings at most locations.

Maximum weight per passenger: 120kg

Minimum age: 10 years (children 10-17 must be accompanied by an adult).

Rules & Safety

  • Must stay within 50m of the group.
  • PFDs must be worn at all times.
  • No swimming or jumping overboard.
  • Alcohol and smoking are prohibited.

Reservation Policies

24-hour cancellation policy: There is no refund if you cancel within 24 hours before your tour.

Rescheduling penalty: If you cancel within 24 hours and wish to reschedule, an R100 per person penalty fee applies.

Weather cancellation: If the operator cancels due to unsafe weather, a full refund is given. Refunds take approximately 7 working days.

Booking required in advance. The trip is weather-dependent and subject to cancellation by the provider.
