Standard / Seasonal Picnic Basket: Pre-packed baskets include artisanal breads, cheeses, charcuterie, fresh fruits, seasonal salads, sweet treats, and bottled water or juice. Blankets, cutlery, and glassware are provided for a complete, hassle-free outdoor dining experience.

Build-Your-Own Picnic: Handpick fresh items from the Picnickery to assemble a personalised picnic basket. Choose from breads, cheeses, deli meats, salads, snacks, and seasonal produce. Ideal for a tailored culinary experience outdoors.

Vegan, Vegetarian & Kids Picnic Options: Dietary-specific baskets feature farm-fresh ingredients, seasonal vegetables, plant-based treats, or kid-friendly favourites. Each basket is curated to match dietary needs while providing a full picnic experience.

• Spier is a working farm with art installations, a bird of prey rehabilitation centre and seasonal events.
• Picnics must be pre-booked via Dineplan and are collected from the Picnickery.

Reservation Policies

• Reservations are recommended for wine tastings, picnics and restaurant dining — especially on weekends and holidays.
• Reservations are required for specialised experiences including the wine‑blending session, Segway vineyard tours and group bookings (8+ guests).
• Segway tours have a minimum age of 10 years (12 years for longer tours).
