Additional Information

The cableway is closed for annual maintenance from 15 July to 1 September 2024. Cable cards valid during this period will be extended by 7 weeks.

Inside Guides

  • The cableway is weather dependent, check the website if the cable car is operational before visiting or buying tickets.
  • Afternoon trips are cheaper and are generally quieter.
  • Fast Track upgrade is an option to advance through the queues (at additional cost).
  • Note the first and last cable car trip down or up the mountain.

Rain Alert: Moderate Rain (40–60%) | Windy | Fog / Low Visibility

Weather Experience: Outdoor activity, highly affected by rain, wind, and visibility. Best in calm, clear conditions.

Restrictions

Maximum weight per passenger: 120kg

Minimum age: 10 years (children 10-17 must be accompanied by an adult).

  • Activity is weather dependent.
  • Max 2 Passengers per Kayak.

Rules & Safety

  • Must stay within 50m of the group.
  • PFDs must be worn at all times.
  • No swimming or jumping overboard.
  • Alcohol and smoking are prohibited.

Reservation Policies

Tickets are valid for 7 days from the chosen date, unless otherwise stated, and can only be refunded during that period.

Tickets are available for morning and afternoon trips.
